Swim, Soak & Day Use
Registration fees don’t include swim passes. Swim passes come with your Symes accommodations or onsite camping/RV. Swim fee for those not camping at or renting a room at the Symes is $10/day, $5.50/kids.
Health & Safety Concerns
The Gathering Committee will follow all local, state, and federal health guidelines. We will provide materials as needed to create as safe of an environment as possible. We ask that our members come prepared to be responsible members of society.
Make hotel, cabin, RV & camping reservations with Symes. Camping available offsite for 2 people per tent, including 2 swim passes. More than 2 adults will incur additional charges. Sleeping in vehicles onsite or in camping area is camping. All campers and RVs should reserve a space and check in before setting up.
Hotel rooms are available and include swim passes. Call early for best choice. Kids under 12 free. Credit card required. 48-hour cancellation policy observed.
Regular Symes policies apply during Gathering. No smoking in rooms, and no fireworks. There will be extended soaking hours w/late night meetings.
Hot Springs is a small eclectic town with a variety of diners, hot springs, accommodations, and other camping opportunities. Call the Symes or Gathering Committee to inquire about other lodging availability.
This is an exclusive Montana NA Regional event. Symes will be closed to the public. As a fellowship we are responsible to the Symes Hot Springs Hotel that all rooms will be rented. If not, or if members cancel their rooms at the last minute, the Gathering Committee will be responsible to pay for all cancelled or unfilled rooms — be accountable! Please tip for room service and off-menu meals, as the Gathering only covers gratuities for Fri/Sat evening meals.
Kids/Children must be attended at all times. No unattended children under 12 allowed in pools.
The Symes asks us to please leave dogs at home. There’s a $10/dog/day fee for dogs that don’t listen.
Why Register?
Our 7th Tradition states: “We are fully self-supporting through our own contributions.” Money collected from registration fees is used to pay all Gathering-related expenses, including mailings; attraction; speaker travel & lodging; Saturday dinner & beverages; hospitality; entertainment; facility fees (not swimming day use fee for non-Symes lodgers); & registration packets. Your registration includes all events. We are grateful for your support. If you have financial difficulties, contact your local group or area for assistance.
Newcomer Policy
All NA meetings and workshops are free, and no addict will be turned away. In keeping with our 7th tradition, we ask NA members, groups, and service committees to support the newcomer by collecting donations to provide registrations and/or a place for them to sleep. Registration responsibility is up to each individual Group/Area for their local members.
If you would like to contribute to newcomers’ participation in the Gathering, please do so with your registration or at check-in at the Gathering. A limited number of registrations may be available for newcomers registering at the Gathering.
